Lay Chen (陈乐哎) is an illustrator and designer based in Shanghai. Once a brand designer, Lay Chen now owns his own design studio, providing design and illustration services for major global brands. Lay Chen’s illustration style is self described as retro, with a speciality in drawing simple lines and rich colors. He frequently looks to create a collision of traditional and modern culture, rebranded with a new visual style, within his art pieces.
