Coral City

Nelson Wu is a Canadian artist from Toronto who creates pixel art and illustration. After graduating from OCAD University, Nelson is currently working in the videogame and entertainment industry where he has produced a variety of illustrations, pixel art, album artworks, and animations.

Nelson’s art is inspired by his experiences throughout Asia; a sense of nostalgia and surrealism are often themes present in the work. Citizens of the marine world also appear in many of his works.

When not working on his upcoming games, new artworks, or meeting fans at conventions, Nelson enjoys exploring new food places around the Toronto area where his art is featured in many places throughout the city.
