Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?

We're currently working with our warehouse and fulfillment partners to reduce the time needed for shipping out orders. At the moment, new orders will take up to 2 weeks to ship out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Though please be aware there may be additional duties required upon receiving your package in certain countries.

I need to change my shipping address. How can I do that?

You can do so by sending us a message through the contact form below with the following information:

- Order Number

- Phone Number/Email associated with the order

- New Shipping Address

Please be aware we will only accept address update requests up to 2 days after an order has been made. For any requests sent after that time period, there is no guarantee it can be processed in time.

Will you restock?

The Artist Series 12th Gen Collection is limited edition. Deskmats will not be restocked once sold out.

Return Policy

All sales are final. Refunds may be approved in cases of product damage or other product issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The best way to ensure an exchange is to return the item you'd like to exchange and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Customers will need to provide their own shipping label for any exchanges. Please send us a message through our contact form below to begin the exchange process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Shipping fees may not be included in refunds.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
